Order Posting:
We will still be accepting orders however majority of orders will not be packed until January the 4th however some may be packed and sent to clear up the backlog sometime after Christmas. Please refrain from choosing Express Post & Toll Courier in hopes of getting it cleared quickly as there is no guarantee a staff member will be available to get it out on the day ordered.
First off we would like to thank everyone of you for your support during this rough time we have all experienced again this year. We appreciate your loyalty and choosing us for your tooling and hope for a better year for all of us next year !
We will be having a short trading break from Wednesday 22nd and resuming again in the New Year on Tuesday the 4th of January . Please keep in mind we will not be offering phone support during this period - however we will be accepting orders that will all be posted out when we return. On some days, we MAY be posting out a bunch of orders at random to clear the backlog so it is not so overwhelming when we return to work - however PLEASE have no expectations your order will go out in this period. We strongly urge not to spend the extra money on express or Toll Courier as there is no guarantee a staff member will be available to fulfill your order.
