LPR Toolmakers Returns Policy 2024

 

Prior to purchase, please ensure that you take the time to read and become familiar with the LPR Toolmakers returns policy.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

For change of mind, we may offer a refund or exchange, provided you make contact via lprtools@bigpond.com or call 03 5784 1351 within 30 days of purchase. Please quote invoice number.

Returned product/s needs to be in original sealed packaging, including accessories and instructions and must still be in a new, unused and saleable condition and not tampered with nor broken.

Please choose carefully as all postage costs and financial charges incurred (eg. bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees etc.) on change of mind items are payable by the customer and will be deducted from your refund/exchange).

“Change of mind” does not apply to sale or promotional items, “special order” products or products not usually stocked.

 

"Special order" refers to products made for your requested size, including Taps, Dies & Reamers, unless there is a defect are not covered by change of mind.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

 

In the unfortunate event that you may have received a faulty product, you have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. LPR Toolmakers will handle faulty products in accordance with the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If your product needs to be externally assessed, we will advise you of this and any associated fee, which isn’t payable if the product is not of acceptable quality or otherwise doesn’t comply with the ACL.

If the fault is minor, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

If the fault is major, you may choose between a refund, replacement or repair.

If the product is not faulty, or the fault is caused by misuse or abnormal use, LPR Toolmakers has no obligation to provide a refund, replacement or repair.

If the product has been altered in any way LPR Toolmakers has no obligation to provide a refund, replacement or repair.

 

DELIVERIES AND ONLINE ORDERS

 

Please do not sign for delivery of products that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking, please contact lprtools@bigpond.com and we will investigate.
