Shipping & Returns


Some of our items are marked as 'Free Shipping'. This only applies for Australian orders. We cannot offer free shipping due to the freight charges associated with international shipping. Unfortunately our web shop platform has limitations with customization in the shipping module and will still display the item as free shipping when checking out. It is highly advised to contact us to get an accurate shipping quote before you complete your purchase through the checkout. If you complete the checkout and make a payment without the shipping costs, we will contact you ASAP using the email you provided on your account to give you a quote on the shipping and a request further payment to cover the freight. If you do not wish to proceed, we will refund you in full.


Any international items purchased with free shipping will not be shipped. If no contact is made to us within 30 days you will automatically be refunded in full.


We use Toll Global Priority as our shipping service. A phone number MUST be provided for the manifest to ship your item and we cannot ship your order without a phone number.


Shipping & Toll Overnight:

Our customers have the flexibility to choose the postal service for their order. Our most recommended option is the Toll Overnight Service (Excludes remote areas and all of NT). Toll MAY take longer than 1 business day (overnight) to deliver - we have no control over this.

Our Toll parcels are collected and shipped out every MondayWednesday & Friday. Please note that this means if you place an order on Tuesday or Thursday, your item won't be shipped out until the respected following Toll post day.

PO Boxes are not accepted by Toll.

Customers wishing to ship to a PO box will have to use Australia Post or provide an accepted address.

A contact phone number must be provided to use Toll.

It is recommended if you live in an isolated area you choose Australia Post to guarantee no delays with delivery.

Our courier picks up between 4:30 & 5:30PM so it is advised to have your orders in before 4:00PM to take full advantage of the overnight service. The same rule generally applies to Australia Post Express orders, as our Australia Post parcels get handed in over the counter between 3:45 and 4:30PM.

Most orders are packaged and sent out within 1-2 business days. If there are any troubles with your order you will receive an email or phone call ASAP to resolve or let you know the situation. 


 Any item that has been sent faulty or incorrectly packaged by us, we take full responsibility for correcting the issue and paying the return shipping costs.

If you have ordered the incorrect item, LPR Toolmakers offer money back 100% Guaranteed to all returns or EXCHANGE that have proof of a receipt and the item is still unused and undamaged. Exchanges will NOT be accepted after 60 days of purchase.

LPR Toolmakers will NOT accept refunds or returns for ANY items purchased past a 90 day period. Some customers have claimed to only have used their item 8 months after purchase for example. We simply CAN NOT accept returns for ANY items past a 90 day period. We can assist with the issue you are having with the tool, however if you have broken the item past the 90 period, we will NOT accept the return or refund.

If you receive an item damaged in the mail please provide photographic evidence of your parcel and we will seek a replacement or offer your money back once the item is returned. We must be aware of any damaged items in transits within 10 days after item was sent.

LPR Toolmakers offer exchanges for incorrectly ordered items, again receipt must be presentable and is no longer then 30 days old.

LPR Toolmakers are not to be held responsible for any items that are damaged by its customers. We do offer over the phone assistance to resolve any issues with your product
