Adjustable Spiral Micro Valve Stem Reamers

These are made to ISO standards from High speed steel (HSS) provides good wear resistance.

Features and Benefits Expansion reamers are constructed with an adjustable screw that increases the diameter of the cutting head. They are used to expand hole sizes. Spiral flute reamers are used in through-hole operations. Suited for close tolerances that may need just a little more clearance without using a different size fixed reamer.

These are the correct reamers for valve guide stems, a lot of people use hand expanding reamers which have straight fluted blades this is no good as it scraps the hole out & leaves high spots. These reamers are spiral fluted & will cut out a true round hole with full land for even wear.

Note the size of your stem match it to sizes below, they will expand up to .005” (but no more as you will distort the reamer)
